1940s-Inspired Beauty Tips for Prom
Puttin' on the Ritz is easy with these so-simple beauty tips inspired by the romance and mystique of the '40s.
Right on the Kisser
Nothing is more dramatic, or more dazzling, than pouty red lips. First, use a nude lip liner to keep lipstick from straying. Eye Spy
