Fast-fashion companies as well as high end designers have adopted this trend, as it is expressive and allows for the communication of ideas and trends. Shirts are the most predominantly used, yet it is beginning to be seen on shoes, purses, etc. It allows for personalization and exclusivity, something important in a world where uniqueness and individuality are vital.

Denim is everywhere, and is one of my personal favorites. Jean jackets never go out of style, but the way they’re worn will vary from year to year. They’ve grown in popularity this season, and come in a variety of sizes and colors.

HOW TO WEAR: Cropped denim jackets work great with waisted dresses and pants, and even over crop tops. The longer jackets are awesome with shorts and a striped t-shirt, paired with sneakers or combat boots.
