Twilight-Themed Party Before Runway Fashion Show
Hosts: Celebrities Tenley Molzahn and Nick Verreos
It was a fantastic evening of entertainment, excitement, food, and fun! What else could you expect from Fashion Club's Annual DEBUT Pre-Party? There were over 300 guests in attendance having the time of their lives!
The Theme
The party tent was decked out in a Twilight-inspired theme—purple and black with accents of red. Dramatic black crystal chandeliers hung from the 20' ceilings. Huge purple drapes were illuminated at an angle with multi-colored rotating lights and, for extra drama, ornate light patterns were projected on the floor. It felt as if any moment Bella and Edward would come in and take a seat on one of the black-tufted sofas. The centerpieces were amazing: silver twigs, crystal buds, and purple feathers and flowers in an artful arrangement of beauty.
Treats & Entertainment
Catering was provided by Tiara Cafe, an LA Fashion District favorite. The whimsical restaurant set up a chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows for dipping, and tables with red velvet cupcakes, spring roll "Fresh 'Wiches," and a refreshing pomegranate lemonade. Fashionistas rocked out to the tunes from DJ Tina T.
Lash Chance
Partygoers lined up for gorgeous lash applications by Ardell at the eyelash bar. Guests had the option of clear glue or black glue for an extra dramatic look. Smashbox was there doing makeup styling.
